Diploma Entrance Examination DET The admission to the Diploma courses is done on the basis of Diploma Entrance Examination (DET) which is scheduled in the Month of April HARYANA STATE COUNSELING SOCIETY

Entrance Examination The student has to fill the farm and OMR which will be available in all the Govt. polytechnics. The filled forms along with the OMR forms are deposited to the collection centers. Benefits of getting admissions through central counseling done by HSCS. Top 10% of the number of candidates appeared in DET (Diploma entrance exam) or top 10% of candidates appeared in counseling for courses like Diploma(Pharmacy), Diploma(Mgmt.) & Diploma(Hotel Mgmt.), where entrance exam is not conducted, are given scholarship by HSCS upto Rs /- per student per year or actual tuition fee whichever is less. Top 25% girl candidates out of the number of candidates appeared in DET (Diploma entrance exam) or top 25% girl candidates out of the number of candidates appeared in counseling for courses like Diploma(Pharmacy), Diploma(Mgmt.) & Diploma(Hotel Mgmt.), where entrance exam is not conducted, shall be considered for respective scholarships. are given scholarship by HSCS upto Rs /- per student per year or actual tuition fee whichever is less. Benefits to SC Students Post Matric scholarship scheme by Govt. of India for SC welfare will be given by Deptt. of SC Welfare to the students who get admission through centralized counseling and their parents/ guardian income is less than 2.00 lacs. As per the scheme of Technical Education Department, benefit is available to SC students admitted through central counseling only and their parents / guardians income from all sources is more than Rs.1.00 lacs and does not exceed Rs lacs per annum HARYANA STATE COUNSELING SOCIETY
