Porting windows and Procedure Sweden have standard porting windows from 08:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday). Porting team receives the Porting request from different channels –either from the A/E, Colt reseller, or direct customer. The Port date is set according to the industry lead time of 10 working days after receiving all the necessary details in the Porting form (LOA). Once a Porting Date has been agreed with customer, the Porting Team will initiate the Porting process and update the customer. If the customer does not wish to Port on the scheduled date, the Porting team needs to be notified at least two days prior to the Port date as, in Sweden, all Ports are fixed Ports which are auto-completed by current provider on the scheduled date and time. 30 December 2018 Presentation title

Port In Scenario Order is accepted by the Current Provider Porting team notifies the one handling the request (either the AE, Customer or Colt reseller) of the acceptance. Port In Scenario 2 (Rejection) Port gets rejected for any valid reason. Porting Team sends an email to customer / AE / Colt reseller to notify them that the Port has been rejected and needs to liaise with the Current Provider to get the correct information.
