EnergySolutions – Clive – LLRW Evaluation of Performance Assessments Depleted Uranium The Division and its contractor are evaluating EnergySolutions response to the last round of interrogatories. The Division is working to have a draft Safety Evaluation Report ready by mid 2019. LLRW DISPOSAL

EnergySolutions – Clive – LLRW License renewal – The Division has recently issued license amendments 23 and 24 and continues to work on license renewal. Ongoing oversight / activities Incoming shipments Containerized waste – waste classification verifications Waste management operations & site monitoring program Final cover construction for a portion of LLRW Cell Rehabilitating clay borrow pits Exemption Request WMRC Board – DU quantity limit LLRW DISPOSAL

EnergySolutions – Clive 11e.(2) Byproduct Disposal 11e.(2) Byproduct Material License renewed – very low activity Groundwater Permit The Division is working with the facility to gather data from the old Cover Test Cell. Permit amendment is under review.

EnergySolutions – Clive Mixed Waste The Division has been working with EPA Region 8 on revising the Research, Development and Demonstration (RD&D) Permit to resolve the in-cell treatment issue. Mixed Waste Disposal
