“Straw into Gold “ Assignment Directions: Read Sandra Cisneros’ Essay, “Straw into Gold: The Metamorphosis of the Everyday”, pgs. 1288-1292 and reflect on your possibilities. Assignment Steps Read Cisneros’ Essay. Compile a list of things that you want for the future with a brief reason why you put this on your list (10 things min). There are no limits on the types of things that end up on your list. You MUST then choose at least one of those things to write a two paragraph reflection. You may also make a dream/vision board of these things for extra points.
