Old Town Boutique Resort

This established ocean front boutique resort opened 10 years ago, and comprises of a selection of seafront villas and suites for vacation rental. Main Building The main building extends along from the street to a private pier to the ocean. Seafront Suite One Seafront Suite One is 70 m2 and features a sea breeze and fan-cooled waterfront bedroom with a double and single bed. The bedroom looks over the private, seafront terrace which contains a low table, sitting pillows and two hammocks to enjoy the amazing and panoramic views. Inside, this renovated and modernised 50-year-old Chinese Thai pole house has vaulted ceilings and a fully functioning kitchen. The unit’s western-style, bathroom leads onto the living room area decorated with comfortable seating, colourful art and Wi-Fi internet.

Seafront Suite Two is 70 m2 and features a large, vaulted-ceiling air-conditioned bedroom with a double and single bed. The bedroom leads onto a two bathroom and kitchenette area on the way to the private, seafront terrace which contains a low table, sitting pillows and two hammocks to enjoy the stunning views across the ocean to the nearby islands. Seafront Suite Three is 50 m2 and features a sea breeze and fan cooled waterfront bedroom; studio-style with a small private balcony located directly over the sea with a double and single bed. Inside, this renovated and modernised pole house has original teak wood floors with an equipped kitchenette and an accompanying western-style bathroom with hot water.

Information The total annual rent for the three seafront suites is only 156,000 THB, ensuring decent profits for this resort. The popularity of this Koh Lanta resort continues to grow each year with ample room to increase revenue. The East Coast of Koh Lanta could easily be a whole world away rather than the 4-5 km from the western beaches that it actually is. Predominately utilised for agriculture such as rubber tree plantations, it is an excellent opportunity to see real Thai island life.
