Jefferson has to deal with The Barbary Wars. The British and French Disruption of American trade. The British impressment of American soldiers. The Embargo Act at home and overseas. Each of these events presented Jefferson with an unique problem to solve.

Instructions You will choose which of the pictures goes with the 3 important events Which picture goes with the Barbary Wars? Which picture with the British and French disruption of American trade? Which picture goes with the British impressment of American Soldiers? Which Picture goes with The Embargo Act? You will use information that you get from the textbook and the pictures themselves. After you have paired each picture with an event, you will then need to write at least 3 sentences on each of these points: What is the event? How this event presented a challenge to Jefferson? How Jefferson dealt with the challenge?
