Nutrition Test Requirements Diet 4 people dieting for two weeks Strict food selection Restricted times for eating Minimum 2hrs workout a day Breakfast- oatmeal, soy milk, boiled eggs… Lunch- Tuna salad, turkey burger on whole wheat bun, vegetable stir fry… Dinner- Grilled chicken, baked fish, Vegetables of choice.. Snacks- Grapes, bananas, wheat thins
Obesity Myths Facts Women gain weight over time is healthy and part of a natural aging process. People only become obese because they do not engage in weight loss efforts. Obesity is only prevalent in developed countries that foster indulgent lifestyles, with poor diets and lack of exercise. Worldwide obesity has more than doubled since 1980. More than 40 million children under the age of five were overweight in 2010. 65% of the world's population live in countries where and obesity kills more people than underweight.
