15/2/15 Reading Comprehension TP: Practise our reading comprehension skills Bell work: Answer the following questions in your copy books. What languages do you speak? What do you think is the best age to learn another language, other than your mother tongue? What factors do you think might affect a person’s ability to learn their first language or another language easily? Tick the ones you agree with. - how old they are - their socioeconomic background - how happy they are - what their parents do how much television they watch other (your own ideas)

Writing Task Write 100 words about your experiences as a language learner. How easy/difficult do you find it to learn another language? Explain your answers. Do you agree or disagree with the findings that trying to learn another language causes a decline in your native tongue? Why?
