A Good Leadership Program Can Be Based on Three Personal Principles: Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You. I want…. To be appreciated----do you? To be supported-----do you? To be constructively involved---do you? To be told the truth----do you? You to listen to me----do you? To be a team player----do you? To be treated with dignity and respect----do you? To experience your kindness----do you? To be knowledgeable-----do you? To be trusted---do you?

A positive attitude----do you? Clarity---- do you? People with integrity----do you? Good, open communication---do you? People who practice accountability----do you? People who exercise good judgement---do you? People who are unselfish----do you
