Submission system presentation

The procedure to be followed: Step by step Paper Submission: 1. Registering over the Submission System and getting an ID number and password for each paper. 2. Sending / uploading the abstracts until 26th July 2018. 3. Completing the evaluation of the papers by the Scientific Committee until 29th July and replying to the researches whether their paper(s) is accepted or refused until 30th July 2018. 4. Uploading the full text of the paper into the system using ID number and password between 14 July and 26th August 2018 after getting a reply that the paper has been accepted. 5. Announcing the list of the full texts of the papers have been accepted by the Scientific Committee until 31st August 2018. 6. Announcing the Symposium Program on 10th September 2018.    Step by step Paper Submission:  

Before preparing your abstract, please refer to ‘ Paper Requirements’ and ‘Abstract Template’ given under the «Submission»

Click on ‘Paper Submission’ to send your abstract.

Click on “Make Submission” link.

Write the the topic of your paper in the “Submission Title” section First Mark the “Consent” box in the opening page. Write the the topic of your paper in the “Submission Title” section Write the information about the author(s) (up to 3 authors) in the Author(s) section. If there are more than 3 authors, click on Add Authors link.

Select the Author who will serve as the point of contact for correspondence. Select the topic area(s) of your submission. You can select more than one topic.

Write the key words on“Keywords” and write your abstract on “Abstract” or input data by using copy/ paste buttons. Please create a password which you will use subsequent operations such as uploading your full paper or checking your submission. Please, check the registration and payment menu and write here the type of registration that is suitable for you. If you would like to attend social activities, write down « I would like to attend social activities.» You can also write your messages that you want to send us. Please click on “I’m not a robot” for «Captcha» Click on the “Make Submission” button.

The Pre-registration of your Abstract Submission has been successfully completed if you can see here the data you input and your submission ID number given by the system. Please write this number down and remember it! You can send your Abstract quickly by using «Upload File» with your ID number and password.

Please, click «Upload File» to send your abstract.

Write your ID number in “Submission ID” part Write your ID number in “Submission ID” part. (If you have forgotten your ID number, click the link “forgot ID?”) Write your password in “Password” part. (If you have forgotten your password, click “forgot password?” link) Clicking the link “Dosya Seç-Choose a file”, upload your abstract prepared beforehand according to the draft given in this site. You can only upload one MS Office Word document here. Other document formats aren’t accepted. In “Format” part, choose Microsoft Word (.doc) or (.docx) format according to your own document format. Click “Upload File” button.

If you see “Submission ID If you see “Submission ID .. has been uploaded”, it means your submission is completed successfully. Pay Attention, Please!!! If you want to send another abstract, it is required to follow all the steps described above from the beginning again. The system records every abstract with a different ID number.

To review your abstract after submission, click “View File” link.

To view the abstarct of the paper you have uploaded into the system, enter your ID number and password. Click on “View File”.

To view the status of the abstract you have uploaded, click on “Check Status” .

To view the status of the paper you have uploaded into the system, enter your ID use name and password. Click on “Check Status”.
