PREVENTION AND INNOVATIVE HEALTH CARE One possible solution is to foster collaboration between the public and private system by stimulating the development of parties which may aim to increase prevention, access to innovative healthcare, the provision of benefits in direct form, as well alongside the NHS, in order to rebalance the system (even financially).
