INA Topics: Swisscom IC contract Calls from public payphones  Swisscom contractual change: Swisscom will block calls from Payphone to INA numbers with industry standard tariffs having a set-up > 60 cts Documents impacted INA Technical Framework and Principles (in particular chapter 2.3.1.2) “Online charging for retail and wholesale billing must be supported by the CDP-TSP for all online tariffs and no rated CDR shall be sent to the TSP INet-Server by the INA-TSP. Hence the DOWNLOAD_FLAG is by default set accordingly to “NO” and cannot be changed. The range of the Industry Standard Tariffs can be modified twice a year (June and December) by the Head Group but the online tariffs at any time by the INA-TSP. “ INA General Set-Ups (in particular chapter 1.4 interoperability) “Note that for prepay and payphones, the access to INA numbers can be blocked by the CDP-TSP due to restrictions for the online rating. For prepay and payphone, the access to INA numbers must be granted for industry standard tariffs.”

ONP Topics Prepay departure process feedback WG postponed Prepay/Postpay Con_Type change WG confirms that this is not an issue: Inet only validates that the CON_TYPE cannot change between PSTN/ISDN and DDI. For mobile it is possible to modify the CON_TYPE in a subsequent porting. Any other business Info from OFCOM? FNP Group raises again the question what to do when a TSP doesn’t react to porting requests (doesn’t respect the OFCOM obligations)  current “Dummy TSP” process is slow and not customer-friendly. Would there be a possibility to make the ACCEPT on Inet even without Donor confirmation, after an e-mail confirmation from OFCOM for example? Next meeting: 4th June (Swisscom Worblaufen)
