HOMEWORK IS POSTED DAILY ON OUR CLASSROOM CALENDAR ONLINE:CLASSROOM CALENDAR Students write down homework into their planners daily….please check and initial! Nightly reading: A.R. Books: Monday-Thursday (20 minutes) Requirment: 20 A.R. points per trimester Math : Nightly (M-Th) Quick check page, Enrichment page and/or Math Menu item. / Please see ask to see examples of finished work completed by your student earlier in the day. This is designed to help them complete nightly homework. Language Arts: Spelling ~ (weekly packet) Final assessment on Friday Prefixes / Suffixes ~ Final assessment on Friday Miscellaneous ~ Science/Social Studies interactive textbook pages, reports/projects

Students should choose an appropriate chapter book at their level. 20 A.R. points per trimester are required. (2 points per week) A.R. points are factored into report-card reading grades.

Students will be asked to read and respond to our weekly classroom blog : accessible on our classroom webpage. Comments are checked and teacher approved before they are posted. Only first names are used and real addresses are not needed!

Online grades updated weekly. Click on the link from our classroom webpage….(students know their login & password) Completed / corrected student work packets are sent home every couple of weeks. PLEASE SIGN and return EMPTY envelope or call with any questions or concerns: Ext 257 I will return all calls/ s in as timely a fashion as possible.
