Background Code Contingency Guidelines Document contains procedures with clear responsibilities on Shippers, National Grid and Xoserve in the event of a failure of the Gemini System. http://www.gasgovernance.co.uk/OtherDocs Guidelines state procedures to be tested at least every 2 years. Xoserve is co-ordinating the Test Programme for the first planned test exercise to take place in September 2010.
