Don’t be afraid to ask Don’t be afraid to ask questions if you do not understand a gospel principle... if you do not understand what to do, where you are going... don’t be afraid to ask for your patriarchal blessing when you are ready for further guidance in your life To prepare for your Patriarchal Blessing: 1. Be a worthy, baptized member of the Church 2. Have a desire to receive the blessing 3. Understand the promises in the blessing given to Abraham. 4. Be mature enough to appreciate the blessing you will receive 5. ASK for a interview with the Bishop and receive a recommend from him 6. Soon after you interview with the bishop make an appointment with the patriarch 7. Prepare yourself by studying the scriptures, fasting and praying 8. Pray for the patriarch to be inspired.

Who are the Lambs & Sheep? Robert D Hales: Feeding the lamb could well be missionary labors working with newly baptized members, who must be nurtured and given caring warmth and fellowship in the family of saints. Feeding the sheep could well refer to the mature members of the Church, some active and some less active, who need to be cared for and brought back to the flock... but does this mean the lambs and sheep are only the members of the Church? Feed my Sheep... Save my Lambs
