Where The holocaust began on january 30th 1933 and primarily took place in germany and poland but happened all over the eastern side of europe including Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Yugoslavia, Greece, Norway and Western Poland The nazik regim built a series of dentention centers called concentration camps, The Auschwitz concentration camp complex was the largest of its kind and it included three main camps.
