POT WASHER PROJECT FOR MK WASH AREA

requirements water supply – Vendors to include sufficient incoming water supply design to ensure continuous flow of water. Conveyor Pot washer system – system must come complete with the following: (i) high pressure hot & cold water Jet for washing & resining. (ii) Oven for drying. (iii) Intelligent control system with complete control of water, temperature, conveyor, pump, equipment idling, chemical dosing, waste bin status, safety & alarm function. (iv) Simple control operation with touchscreen display. (v) Must fit into MK wash area. (vi) Must be able to take mk gn pan size. (vii) All control panels, motors, pumps & etc. must be of fully waterproof type.

Requirements con’t Filtration system – system must come complete with proper filtration system to separate solid waste from waste water. Energy & water saving system – system must also come complete with auto shutdown of heater, conveyor movement and water when not in use for certain period. Conveyor system – (a) must include proper turn-table for round corners of compartment. (b) All driving system must be of direct gear box drive. (c) all mechanical chain link must be of stainless steel material of minimum 308 grade. (d) All fixture for holding gn pan must be of Terrine material.

Requirements con’t Output speed - 250 gn pan/hr. Conveyor system con’t - (e) all bearing used must be of stainless steel (316) Grade. Drainage system – vendor must include conceal waste pipping system to nearest floor trap with direct discharge from washing machine complete with proper inspection port. Soaking sink - to provide 02 4ft(L) x 3ft(W) x 1.5ft(H) stainless steel sink with 2.5 inches stainless steel ball valve drain. Output speed - 250 gn pan/hr.
