Business Details. The next page is the Business Details page. Number of Employees. Provide the number of employees at your business or firm. This is required information. Products and Services. Click on the edit button and select the Commodity Code(s) that you do business with. When finished selecting commodity codes, select Done. This is required information. Additional Questions. Does the vendor currently hold any TBR, UT, State of Tennessee, Cooperative, or General Services Administration (GSA) Contracts? Select Yes or No. If yes, enter the contract information. This is required information. Next. Click Next.

For Products and Services, select the commodity codes that apply to your company. Under Additional Questions, if your company is under contract with either TBR, UT, the State of Tennessee, or one of the cooperatives recognized by TBR, please select “Yes”. A section will open up allowing you to provide the contract information. Select “Next” to continue.
