Financial Statements In 2015-2016, BSPES is seeing drop in fee income, due to reduction in student count in secondary schools For 2015-2016, BSPES sees increase in salaries, as because of increase in salary and teacher count Partly based on Asha for Educations’s recommendations, BSPES changed its auditors and instituted new internal controls in 2015-2016
