Pre-Registration Credits Credit is based on the date of completion of your Rating date of completion must be 1 FULL YEAR prior to enrollment to be eligible for credit, 2000 hours for each FULL year. Processing Certificates PROCESSING TIME FOR CERTIFICATES: It takes 3-4 weeks to receive your completion certificate. Ensure your address online is correct Make the most of your military experience – Get an apprenticeship!

Certificate Details Getting your certificate shows your chain-of-command that you are working to improve yourself. When you get out of the military, employers want to see your certificate and logbook to verify that you have completed an apprenticeship. Proving you have your apprenticeship can mean that you qualify for better jobs and significantly more pay. Registration Cancellation (1) At the request of the apprentice. (2) Unsatisfactory rating in professional competence. (3) Upon discharge or release to inactive duty. (4) Termination of work experience for more than one year. (5) Failure to submit a semi-annual CNET 1560/2Apprentice Progress/Status Report form or no evidence of work experience in the apprenticeship trade for a period of more than one year. Registration Suspension Suspension of registration is temporary inactivation of an apprenticeship, upon request, for a maximum of one year. The apprentice is not required to submit an on-line semi- annual report or an CNET 1560/2 until six months after suspension is lifted. The USMAP Administrator will cancel suspended apprenticeships in effect beyond one year unless a semi- annual report has been submitted.
