The full cycle length (247ms) of the tachycardia is mapped. Propagation shows counter-clockwise atrial flutter. (The tricuspid annulus has been cut out, the superior vena cava and the inferior vena cava appear grey because of the absence of electrograms). The CS activation during tachycardia is shown below.
