APHG: Introduction to Culture

To do: Read the unit introduction (pages 112-115) as a class. Create a class definition for “folk” culture and one for “pop”

Let’s make a list of 10 elements of “American” culture. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. Label the above as Folk or Pop.

With a partner: Create a body biography of folk and pop culture. Your body bio must have at least 4 ELEMENTS on each side. Use color and explain symbols on the back.
