Ultrasonic inspection used to map disbonds Pre and post-test results 12 changes most approximately +/-0.1” (probe is .12” dia) 3 significant changes on heat pipe 0 .3 x 1.2 to .3 x1 .7 .3 x 1.2 to .3 x 1.7 .3 x .25 to .3 x 1.2 8 new one areas ~.2 x .2” Total disbonded area still within limits Next steps Proceed with Weight and CG measurements Re-measure this heat pipe 0 Need to return to MRB with final results summary and recommendation
