Dual Credit Textbooks Campus Administrative Guidelines & Procedures The campus shall ensure that all required accounting procedures are followed for monies collected for all lost, destroyed, or damaged instructional materials. The campus shall send all money collected from students (payments for lost and destroyed instructional materials) to the Finance Department. The campus shall report all instructional material needing to be replaced due to destruction or wear. Each student or his or her parent or guardian shall be responsible for all textbooks and instructional materials issued to him or her.  If a pupil who fails to return in an acceptable condition all instructional materials forfeits the right to free instructional materials until all instructional materials previously issued but not returned in an acceptable condition are paid for by the student, parent, or guardian. The school district may waive or reduce the payment requirement if the student is from a low- income family. The campus may provide for a method of payment other than a lump sum payment of the full price of the instructional material. (CMD Legal Policy). Two equal payments must be made.  Final payment must be received no later than the last day of the semester. Each Campus Administrator shall be responsible for maintain an accurate record of all textbooks and instructional materials to be issued to students.  Any textbooks lost due to inaccurate records shall be the responsibility of the campus textbook administrator. (EFAA) Regulation. Require that accounting procedures are followed for money collected for lost, destroyed, or damaged instructional materials.

DC Partnership Agreement Section 11 (c) Upon mutual agreement, the College will conduct enrollment registration for all qualified students who have met all requirements and are requesting enrollment in dual credit for dual credit courses. A fee of $150 will be assessed for each student enrolled after the College’s Census Date when it is determined that the student or school was responsible for not meeting the deadline.

DC Partnership Agreement Section 11 (d) Three-Peat-Fee will apply for students repeating certain courses more than two times and will be assessed the current EPCC per credit hour fee. (e) Waived and incurred Fees When the School District provides the instructor (online/onsite), tuition and fees will be waived. When EPCC provides the instructor (online/onsite), tuition and fees will be waived, provided the school pays for the instructor’s cost and mileage.
