AuraPortal PROJECT TASK 3 Find some cases applications of the quality tools selected and explained. Describe the problem and a business case in which this tools should be conveniently applied.

Flow Charts I Auraportal is the best example for using flow charts because their product is based on the design of specific flow charts to describe processes of a company. The processes are developed by means of different symbols. Each represents a specific action or step of the process.

Flow Charts II AuraPortal uses a standard of drawing called BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation). This standard is based on symbols with the following meanings: Rhombus: Decission point. Each arrow is a possible way which depends on the condition in the rhombus.

Flow Charts III Box Describes a subprocess inside of the main process. More symbols are used in the BPMS standard such as start or ending points. AuraPortal can create a BPM diagram. In the next example we will see a realization stage with this standard.

Flow Charts IV

Check List I When a customer chooses AuroPortal he creates himself an automation of a process. Therefore he selects the variables that take part of the process by means of check lists. The next example shows a Green Clean Haptons’ checklist created with AuraPortal.

Check Lists II

Histogram I After the creation of the simulation of a process AuroPortal also makes an analysis of the obtained results. This analysis can be represented with a chronological axis with the aim to compare the evolution of the results. The next example shows a histogram for the percent of occupied seats in Box Cinemas in a long period of time.
