Exhibit 7.17 Among Covered Workers with an Aggregate General Annual Health Plan Deductible for Family Coverage, Distribution of Deductibles, By Plan Type, 2015 ‡ By definition, 100% of covered workers in HDHP/SOs with an aggregate deductible have a family deductible of $2,000 or more. NOTE: Average general annual health plan deductibles for PPOs, POS plans, and HDHP/SOs are for in-network services. The survey distinguished between plans that have an aggregate deductible amount in which all family members’ out-of-pocket expenses count toward the deductible and plans that have a separate amount for each family member, typically with a limit on the number of family members required to reach that amount.
