Students must attend ½ day on event days (arrive by 11:30am) 24 hour rule Home event parking – please do not park along the side walks or behind the building, we are required to keep it clear for emergencies only. WCS/OHSAA Information Residence – you must be a resident of the Westerville City School district to be eligible If you turn 15 before August 1 you are ineligible You may not participate on a non-school team during the season You cannot practice or play unless you are in attendance for at least half a day (11:30am) All paperwork and payment must be turned in before event participation Pay to Participate is $75 first sport / $50 second sport / Family cap $300 Checks made to Westerville City Schools or can be done on-line with EZpay
