Information & Communication Updates - if there is a cancellation or change they will be made on the website & with Remind 101 Genoa MS – ATHLETICS page Coaches will update students and parents if/ when a change in dates/times occur. Students must attend ½ day on event days (arrive by 11:30am) 24 hour rule Home event parking – please do not park along the side walks or behind the building, we are required to keep it clear for emergencies only. Students with late practice or games must leave the building after school unless supervised by coach or team adult Pay to participate fees (EZ pay) loaded as rosters were shared – school fees must be paid first $75 1st season/ $50 2nd / $300 family cap

WCS/OHSAA Information Eligibility GPA Requirement - 1.75 Passing 5 classes Check your schedule closely Do not drop or change a class before consulting with coach, athletic director or school counselor End of qtr. was March 9th

WCS/OHSAA Information Residence – you must be a resident of the Westerville City School district to be eligible If you turn 15 before August 1 you are ineligible You may not participate on a non-school team during the season You cannot practice or play unless you are in attendance for at least half a day (11:30am) All paperwork and payment must be turned in before event participation Pay to Participate is $75 first sport / $50 second sport / Family cap $300 Checks made to Westerville City Schools or can be done on-line with EZpay

The mere nature of the sports activities makes it possible for the participant to sustain injury; some could result in paralysis or even death. Preseason Pre-Participation Physical Exam & Emergency Medical Card – each good for 1 year Report & prepare for all pre-existing health conditions Concussion Information Sheet (new each season) Follow bad weather precautions – If there is no school there is no practice or game! www.ohsaa.org
