COMPONENT 2: Objectives: Support the development, enhancement and expansion of regulatory and economic instruments of the existing EUF Pilot test innovative instruments conducive to a more effective and efficient watershed management Promote a more effective and creative use of the funding generated by the EUF Streamline and computerize the monitoring, enforcement and implementation of the selected regulatory and economic instruments Provide assistance to strengthen the LLDA capability to analyze and present findings and results from the DSS and be able to integrate new data and technology into operation and policy activities
