Design Concept Helium Capsules (Not Balloons) Rotates on a Horizontal Axis Axle and Generator inside capsules No turbines instead the helium capsules rotate with the wind themselves Generate electricity through electromagnetic induction

Pros Pros Horizontal axis is cheaper because less surface is required for the wind to hit Relatively Low cost due to no turbines and little metal being used Rubberized Fabric is relatively weatherproof and is used for outside of blimp Mylar is effective in coating the inside as it will help reduce helium leakage

Cons Cons Less efficient than a vertical axis turbine One helium capsule so risks of crashing blimp Weight might be an issue
