Introduction of New Eclipse Compressor/Condenser Unit (ECC) Main Changes: Combining Eclipse compressor package (CP) and remote condenser (ERC) into a single unit (ECC) ERC + CP = ECC 2. Replacing quick connect fittings with braze in place ends Improved reliability, fewer install issues 3. Reduction in List Price for Eclipse Packages More competitive on future opportunities 4.Changing to all aluminum micro-channel condenser Better corrosion resistance, especially in coastal areas

Connection changes: Installation now requires a certified tech due to brazing of lines Quick connect fittings not tightened properly during installation causing a slow leak in refrigerant; machines failing due to low refrigerant Any refrigerant leaks after the installation will now be the responsibility of the installer and or the start up service company

Current model uses 8 connections; new model only requires 6 connections Current line sets have to be ordered though Scotsman (need quick connects and precharged lines). New line sets can be purchased locally or may even be on the installers truck. No additional costs if line sets that were ordered are too long, can cut new line sets on location If line sets ordered are too short installer can add to the line set at the time of installation
