Objective 2 general information Structure of the programme one Objective 2 SPD with 9 cities in 11 districts € 208 mln - criteria: poverty and long term unemployment teamwork: the 9 cities and the ministry of the Interior agreements between cities and ministry, responsibility exchange between programmes, flexibility, multifunding Objective 2 and Urban II City programmes in the Netherlands
