Preparation: Before the TN starts From selection of the trainee until the trainee arrives Communication as soon as possible Also with traineeship provider – remind him one week before the TN starts; reception schedule Introductory email Getting in touch with the traineeship provider in order to fill out TA Information about the city Information about the traineeship provider Assistance in applying for necessary documentation and legal papers Finding accommodation

Integration: During the TN Welcoming trainee Picking up at the airport/station Welcoma package Phone number, transport ticket internet Company for the first day at work Introduce the city Sightseeing Important shops, pharmacy Possibilities for cultural learning and comunity involvement ELSA events Museums, cinemas, theatres, pubs etc. Periodically evaluate the traineeship
