Figure 2 The effect of 6 days of H2-receptor antagonist therapy (famotidine 40 mg twice daily) on H. pylori density. The H. pylori density in the antrum was not statistically different after receiving H2-receptor antagonist (H2RA) therapy; in the corpus, the density significantly increased (*P = .01).
