Be patient ! This is a long process; patience in the process is vital.

Be positive! Support one another! Help each other maintain the momentum.

Be diverse ! Celebrate strengths of others Recognize your personal limitations

Be Trusting ! Avoid negative assumptions; trust intentions of others.

Be Assertive Stay true to the mission; do not permit “hostage” situations.
