However, the estimated sales value has significantly increased, which indicates that there were many meetings that resulted in very profitable deals.

■Number of Business Meetings for Each Exhibitor (1-day average) Number of Business Meetings and Success Rate Analysis ■Number of Business Meetings for Each Exhibitor (1-day average) This year (2017) Last year (2016) ■ Number of Successful Business Meetings for Each Exhibitor (1-day average) This year (2017) Last year (2016) 【Average Daily Number of Business Meetings for Each Exhibitor 】 There are 10 maximum slots for business meetings for each day. However, the number of exhibitors who meet with more than 10 companies have increased compared to last year. 【Number of Successful Business Meetings 】 Among business meetings conducted in 1 day, most exhibitors have found a meeting partner that they would like to continue business discussion with.

Regarding Exhibitors’ Opinions ■Satisfaction Rate for Overall Event This year (2017) Last year (2016) ■Possibility of Participating Next Year This year (2017) Last year (2016) 【Reasons for Satisfaction】 Had business meetings with high potentials 3 days is the appropriate length for maximum effectiveness Can do matching online before the event Booth is larger than last year 【Reasons for Dissatisfaction】 Number of visitors is too low The hall is too dark Most companies also want to sell – difficult to do business matching

Problems and Suggestions for Next Year Exhibitors felt that the number of visitors is fewer than last year. Most visitors from Manufacturing Expo (Hall 98-104) did not come into Mfair. The hall is too dark. ・Reconsider the event location ・Re-design the signs and promotional materials all over BITEC to bring in more visitors - Lead visitors’ car to hall entrance - Place Mfair AD at every registration counter - Have staff stationed at connecting areas between halls to bring in more visitors ・The light inside the hall is already set at maximum brightness. The organizer will have to discuss with the hall staff regarding how to change to hall lighting. The number of exhibitors with matching needs is too few. As there are still not many companies with buying needs joining the fair, the organizer will increase the size of big buyer area and bring in more buyers next year.

Opinions from Customers I felt that there are fewer visitors than last time. This is my first time with this event and it turns out to be a very useful experience. For next time, I would like to prepare myself better and apply as exhibitor again. I like that the booth is expanded to 6 sqm. For next year, I would like the organizer to keep this size. I had an opportunity to do business meetings with many new potential suppliers. There was no parking space. I would like to see more big buyers participating in the next event. The content of business meeting is very useful to me.
