Error bars represent standard deviations for 4 biological replicates (each replicate consisted of 20 seeds). Statistically significant differences (student’s t-test, P < 0.01) between mutant and WT are marked by an asterisk. Approximately 18% and 13% decreases were observed for 18:1 and 18:3 and an ~23% increase was observed for 18:2.
