FLS Journey Continues in 2017 Target Group Rig Manager, Night ToolPusher, Drilling Superintendent, Operations Manager, HSE Manager/Adviser, Chief Mechanic and Chief Electrician FLS Phase I Extended to Well Engineering Contractors (Major/High Risk) FLS Phase II Follow up of FLS Phase I focusing on ‘Making it Visible in the Field’ Target Group Frontline Supervisors who have completed FLS Phase I and closed Action Plans

Strategy and Approach 001 003 004 002 005 Leadership Commitment Demonstrating visible and felt leadership from Contractors Management Team and Frontline Leaders. FLS update as a permanent agenda in LT meetings. 001 Approach and Methodology Each quarter hosted by 1 Contractor company. 003 Redesign the Package Re-design the FLS package with latest incidents, nearmiss, safe and unsafe behaviour caught in CCTV as sample. Focusing on 4 HSE Themes (Dropped objects, Line of Fire, Wells Process Safety, Lifting) 004 Setting Up for Success Develop realistic KPI target focusing on the right supervisory level- e.g. TP, NTP, DS, OM, HSE, Chief Mechanic, Chief Electrician. 002 Target audience, Map, calendar 005 Personal Action Plan and Follow Up Tracking and follow up of Personal Action Plan (PAP). Agreed list of action plans. PAP monitored and closed.
