ITU Regional Standardization Forum For Arab Region SESSION 5 14:00-14:35 Guidelines for effective preparation

Objective : to discuss the preparation that needs to take place before a study group meeting and WTSA, including the definition of key objectives by delegates

Preparation before WTSA 16 Engage concertation and identify potential proposals Elaborate a draft contributions Inform the communities In the case of Arab States : Coordinate common proposals Submit the contributions (including draft recommendations) Negotiate the terms of the contribution before and during WTSA (WG, Committees, Plenary sessions, etc.)
