Healthy lifestyle

Healthy lifestyle Is very important for our organisms. It gives us better health and a better frame of mind. A healthy lifestyle consists out of various exercises, basically all kinds of physical activities, taking care of the figure. However in these days we often forget about any physical activity or a proper diet and we let ourselves gain weight very fast. Of course a good diet is not the one without the food. If we can’t provide enough food for our organisms we can quickly lead our bodies to the state of exhaustion or even because the lack of constant lowers the levels of hemoglobin and hematocrits.

What can we do to live healthy? 1. Nutrition First of all we need to choose an adequate diet. Balanced diet is a basic condition of a healthy life. 2. Active rest Remember to rest not in front the screen of a TV or a computer but instead go on some bike trips, walks, ski and all other forms of physical activities.

KEEP IN MIND! drugs cigarettes alcochol If you plan to use any of the above you can forget about a healthy lifestyle!

What do we get from living a healthy life? First of all it gives us a great frame of mind. It is caused by appropriate functioning of our body. We have to provide our organism with proper food, containing a lot of necessary vitamins and minerals. This causes a better digestion which in conclusion leads to increasing our bodies efficency. We won’t feel tired, we’ll be more lively and more willing to work.

What makes a healthy diet? A great importance is attached to fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fat-free dairy and low-fat milk. It contains lean meat, poultry, fish, beans, eggs and nuts. Lacks faturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt and added sugars.

Healthy nutrition If we want our diet to be healthy and we want it to deliver us the necessary elements, we need to make sure that our daily menu has at least 1 of each of the 5 food groups. Luckily, the healthy food topic has become a very common one and finding more information about this shouldn’t be a problem. Healthy diet is one of the new trends that we can see in the markets and everyday lifes.

Carbohydrates They mainly consist of rice and potatoes. They deliver us a lot of energy and the roughage they have makes us feel full, speeds up the digestion process. We will provide enough carohydrates if during the day we will eat 5-6 dark bread slices, 5 medium-sized potatoes and 3 spoons of groats or pasta.

Vegetables and fruits They deliver very important vitamins, minerals, roughage and various other substances, which are crucial for our health. We should eat about 0,5 kg of them daily. Vegetables should be half raw. When we are planning our diet we need to remember that the healthiest vegetables are celery, carrot, spinach, tomatoes and cucumbers. Fruits should be eaten instead of sweets.

Dairy They provide valuable proteins and calcium necessary for a proper growth of bones. Proteins adjust processes of digestion and and a proper state of our organism. Milk, yoghurts, kefir and cheese are the main elements of this group.

Fats They are delivered mostly in animal products. They are necessary for our bodies to work properly. Fat in our organisms is responsible for regulating the body temperature, working as an isolation layer. However consuming too much fat leads to many diseases, mostly obesity. 30-40 g per day is enough. Most commonly eaten products containing mostly fat are lard, bacon, olive oil, oils and margarine. The most unhealthy are lard, bacon and butter. They should be replaced with vegetables fats that are rich in vitamins.

Meat, fish, eggs They deliver large amounts of wholesome animal proteins and vitamins from B. group. Similiar to fats, if they are consumed in excess they can hurt us, so it’s enough if we eat one of those products a day.
