Types of Irony Prezi As you listen to the presentation below, make sure you fill out your notes! They will help you later  https://prezi.com/ez4ozfnorhec/copy-of-three-types-of-irony-mini- lesson/?utm_campaign=share&utm_medium=copy

Types of Irony! Just a heads up! I will be gone tomorrow. For the rest of class, tomorrow, and this weekend, you have three jobs: Today, finish the types of irony practice packet. You will have to read several example situations, identify the types of irony for each, and explain your thinking. Then, you’ll have to come up with your own example of a type of irony, share it with a partner, and have them guess the type of irony your story shows. Tomorrow, you will read and annotate the short story “The Necklace.” Afterwards, you will respond to a few analysis questions which ask you to focus on the types of irony present in the story.
