Admin: Client Database Registering a new customer
There are 2 ways to pre-register a customer in pinSIGHT both from the reservation search page and from the back office:
The main way to register is in the Back Office Click on Back Office from reservation page:
From the Back Office click Customer Services and then Search Travelers:
From the Search Traveler page click Register New Customer and then enter the customer first name, last name and email address and Save:
On the next page you can enter the full customer information :
You can also add a traveler directly on the hotel search page You can also add a traveler directly on the hotel search page. Click Choose Traveler and then Register at the top of the page:
Complete the form and click Register Now
