Adult Education State Allocation Methodology 20% - based on census population of educational attainment less than secondary school credentials 15% - NRS Participants 65% - based on performance factors Funding Collection Begins - July 1, 2018

State Performance Funds Performance factors are broken down in the following manner: Performance Factor Percent Criteria Educational Functioning Level Gain (MSG) 30% NRS Participant (pre-test and 12 hours) and advance an EFL with post-test. Also includes gain through Carnegie unit attainment. High School Diplomas and HSE Diplomas (MSG) 20% NRS Participant and met goal to obtain secondary credential or obtain HSED. Career Readiness Certificates Bronze Level; Silver Level; Gold and Platinum Levels 10% NRS Participant and met goal to obtain one of the levels. For a student with multiple CRC’s in a FY, highest CRC is the only one that will count. Occupational Certifications Construction; Diversified Manufacturing; Business and Information Technology; Healthcare; Transportation and Logistics 5% NRS Participant and met goal to obtain one of the certifications. TOTAL PERCENTAGE: 65% Funding Collection Begins – July 1, 2018
