Welcome Parents! Storm Precipitation Totals Rainfall total in 48-hour period between Saturday, 04/16/16 and Monday, 04/18/16.

Welcome Parents! In 24 hours: * Flooding caused 5 deaths * Harris County averaged 7.75 inches of rain * Rained approximately 240 billion gallons of water * Could run Niagara Falls for 88 hours
