Build a customer-centric culture Provide more tools for implementers Improve www.cdisc.org to ease navigation and help users find the information and tools they need Survey our stakeholders to better understand their needs Projects on LOINC, HL7; PhUSE partnership Provide more information in languages besides English, especially Japanese and Chinese

Generate greater member value Explore CDISC SHARE API as a benefit of membership Works towards a “CDISC Certification” process to meet needs of members who want to demonstrate expertise Ensure educational programs meet needs, e.g. training for organizations that use CRO services

Ensure sustainability of CDISC standards Add additional revenue streams for CDISC Advocate for better funding for all SDO’s by government entities globally

Optimize standards development and release process Increase predictability and transparency Pilot a new release process in 2017 Formalize volunteer and teams expectations in updated CDISC policies

Lay the foundation for a CDISC 2.0 vision Develop a short-term Blue Ribbon Commission, representative of CDISC globally Provide the Commission with a charge related to important issues including: Beginning-to-end standards framework De-jargoning CDISC standards Optimizing role of volunteers & staff Versioning
