CTI Capital Markets Citigroup Treasury Investments CTI Capital Markets Charged with managing the Investment and Liquidity Portfolios for Citigroup Responsible for the Management of Citigroup’s Portfolio to meet all necessary regulatory requirements as well as achieving attractive returns on assets Conduct hedging and positioning activities for the firm at a global level to protect the firm against long term shifts in the macro environment Manage and oversee the firm’s AFS/HTM Programs Manage the USD structural interest rate positioning across a broad range of securities, including US Treasuries, Non-US Sovereigns, Agencies, and MBS Securities CTI Capital Markets Responsible for the Design, Management and Execution of Debt Issuances, Liability Management, and Common Stock Repurchase Program.
