Our Role Advisory Group Identifying long term changes required to influence sports appeal amongst the less active. Support Sport Wales Board by scanning horizon to identify headwinds, tailwinds and mega trends which will impact the Boards work. The Groups work will be used to inform sports policy and development at national, regional and local levels.

Year 1: and Beyond Advisory Group Produce a compelling white paper on societal changes anticipated up to 2026 Provide the sport sector with information to take decisive action to respond in advance of future demands.

Year 1: 2. The People Agenda Advisory Group Provide recommendations on the tactics, tools and measurements needed for Sport Wales to develop high performing organisations with its stakeholder/customer base Including the development of a framework for volunteering
