Leading the Frontline Overview Who Should Attend? Application Process UCSF Learning & Organization Development Leading the Frontline Overview This five-session program addresses several competencies that are essential for success in a frontline leadership role. Participants have an opportunity to strengthen their skills in a safe environment, as well as apply what they learn on the job. Topics include: Your Role as a Frontline Leader Communicating for Results Managing Performance Delegation and Engagement Selecting Top Talent Who Should Attend? This program is ideal for current supervisors and frontline managers, as well as emerging leaders who are formally designated by their managers to be promoted to a supervisory/management role within 6 months. Application Process A current application and interview with L & D Staff must be completed to be considered for the series.
