Presenting Delftoolbox, an easy portal to your life in Delft! Den Haag : III Presenting Delftoolbox, an easy portal to your life in Delft! Team Members: Daniel, Vasileios, João, Siddhartha, Zhengyu, Lei, Ioanna, Rezki Coach: Ms Eva Zavodna

First thoughts The first thing we focused on was the obvious – food, music, sports and more fun stuff Then we realized its actually the bureaucracy which is hard to deal with How it all looked to us, was something like this…

The objectives? Starting from bureaucracy, we wanted to simplify everything to do with our lives in Delft Basically we saw that every aspect of the acculturation can be traced to a website, from the survival map to blackboard An then there was Delftoolbox…

How we worked together? Communicating meeting information like time and place Divided tasks into parts like planning, design, developing and presentation

Resolving friction while working We worked in full cooperation in the planning Faced some differences in the details Resolving these by keeping the most viable options based on common opinion

What we learnt from this project? Working with new people from different cultures and backgrounds on the same objective Learning how to cooperate with the group Listening to each others’ opinions and organizing all the relevant information and ideas Working in different skill sets, and learning from each others’ expertise

Are we satisfied with the results? We are really satisfied with the outcome, and having met each other as a group The website we’ve developed will be available to all the students of TU for their use More than the project, we got to know each other and have made a good network of friends

Conclusion The obligatory multicultural project was a great initiative in the introductory week, as it ensured a closer bonding of students from over the world And Delftoolbox shall be for all to use, in the future, for an easy navigation of life in Delft!
