Hazing Reporting Timeline OPREP-3 SIR reporting timeline per MCO 3504.2 Voice reporting = 30 min Message Reporting = 6 hours EOA & Legal Review 3 Days Command / EOA submit initial DASH within 72 hours MCOC sends NIPR email message sent ASAP to Marine Corps leadership (CMC,ACMC, etc.) Inquiry completed within 14 days / command investigation completed within 30 days Command sends OPREP / SIR to MCOC Voice Report – 30 Min Message / SIR – 6 Hours Disposition / resolution – Final DASH due within 72 hours Continuation DASH due within 72 hours at completion of adjudication Retention by command two years, Electronic DASH maintained by HQMC-MPE Command notification / aware of hazing incident Incident MCOC Report sent Leadership Initial Investigation Final Continuation Records notified DASH DASH DASH retention (H-hour ) (30 min) (+ 6 hrs) (+3 days) (+14-30 days) (+3 days) (+3 days) (+2 years / 730 days)

Sexual Harassment Reporting Timeline 14 days COMPLIANCE Process meets requirements outlined in 10 U.S.C. 156. VICTIM ASSISTANCE Victim Assistance services are briefed during the intake process and available throughout the MEO process. RECORDS RETENTION Complete case file maintained by EO office for two years, then transfer to HQMC JA Division. Electronic DASH maintained by HQMC-MPE IO Appointed, EOA submit initial DASH within 72 hours. Notifies complainant of the start of the investigation EOA notifies commander and GCMCA of formal/informal complaint reported Inquiry completed within 3 days / command investigation completed within 7 days SJA and EOA reviews conducted GCMCA endorsement EOA conducts intake, counseling, and clarifies concerns GCMCA and EOA notified of Disposition / resolution – Update DASH due within 72 hours Final DASH due within 72 hours at completion of adjudication Complainant is referred to EOA office for assistance Incident Counseling Leadership Initial Investigation Reviews Investigation Update Final notified DASH Completed DASH DASH (H-hour ) (24-72 hrs) (+24 hrs) (+3 days) (7 days) (3 days) (4days) (+3 days) (+3 days)
