Act 20:28-31 (1) Therefore take heed to yourselves, and to all the flock in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to feed the church of God which He has purchased with His own blood. (29) For I know this, that after my departure grievous wolves shall enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
Act 20:28-31 (2) Also men shall arise from your own selves, speaking perverse things in order to draw disciples away after them. (31) Therefore watch and remember that for the time of three years I did not cease to warn everyone night and day with tears.
Take heed - yourselves His own human character and conditions Manage the stresses and human relations To know the heart of God & be in His will To be excellent in God’s words and truths To be spiritually strong and upright
Take heed - for the flock To promote growth in truth To be alert of human pride To take care of the spiritual, emotional and physical well-being of the flock To confront and correct heresies and wrong theologies

What are the church to do? To know the word of the Lord To reflect and live the word of God To let the church leaders wash their feet by cooperating To pray for the pastors and leaders
Conclusion A loving pastor or church leader is more than being humane Know the dedication to you and the tears for you When in love they serve, trust them, work with them, and pray for them.
